SOURDOUGH - doughnuts & Cinnamon scrolls
In this delightful and delicious class, we will focus on the use of sourdough to make sweet goods - doughnuts and cinnamon scrolls. It will be a fun class with a basic explanation of the sourdough process but most time will be spent understanding doughnut and cinnamon scroll dough, followed by the super fun shaping techniques. The class will culminate in baking and tasting what you have shaped and baked.
This class is a new concept so we have decided to run this one at an introductory price of $95 so if you want to come along to test out our running schedule, get in quick. Class sizes are always limited due to the nature of hands on teaching.
Starters are available for purchase as an add on to this ticket for $10 ($15 normally). Other sourdough cooking equipment is also available for purchase, either as a pack, or any of these items can be purchased separately on the day at their RRP.
Classes are taught in our workshop space overlooking our orchard on our 100 acre regenerative farm. Included in the day is tea and coffee and a tour of our organically managed garden.
Cost: Introductory price of $95 pp + booking fee.
Following this the class price will return to $125pp +bf
