Our 100% organic sourdough is up for sale in small batch production. Our starter is now reaching its 10th year of production. Go starter.

Loaves vary - and will be a combination of organic bakers flour, organic wholemeal, freshly milled organic spelt, with our organic rye or bakers flour starter.

A subscription to our sourdough club - Community Supported Baking -  is offered in 2 formats:

Pre-purchase 4 weeks or 10 weeks of loaves of the following options. When you purchase further ahead, you pay less per loaf.

4 weeks:

1 loaf weekly (600g)  $36

2 loaves (600g each) $68

2 loaves (600g each) + 4 rolls  $96

4 sourdough crumpets or English muffins  $25

 

10 weeks:     

1 loaf weekly (600g)  $85

2 loaves (600g each) $160
