This 3 hour demonstration based workshop is designed to offer a cost effective and tasty insight into the world of sourdough. Learn about the terminology, see all the stages unfold in a class where the different parts of sourdough bread making are strategically set up for you to experience. Taste a variety of breads throughout the class including beautiful freshly baked loaves.

Sourdough starter can be purchased during class @ just $10 per starter and jar.
